The apartment location is excellent. It is about 2-5 mins walk to the nearest metro station Evangelismos, which connects to the vast metro line. It is also a short walk to a Carrefour store, where you can get fresh produce and other supplies. There are also other small grocery stores around, as well as restaurants, cafes and little quaint boutiques if you fancy some upmarket shopping. The apartment is small as it is the size of a studio, sufficient for 1 person, fully equipped and cosy in any season.

That was a wonderful time and pleasure to stay in this fabulous apartment. Although it’s not really in the center, you will feel totally relaxed. No complains, high speed Internet access and safety alarmed apartment. Fully recommended!

I had an excellent stay in this studio. The location is ideal, close by the underground, a supermarket just across the street and nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The studio is well equipped, is clean and very nicely furnished and decorated.

I stayed for 3 months (Nov 2010 – Jan 2011) in the studio #AH03. The location is excellent (mini market, pharmacy, ATM, Starbucks in the next block, 5 mins to a metro station) and though the apartment is not big, it's quite functional.

I really enjoyed my stay at Apartment AH32 in Neapolis. I arrived late, at 2am, and despite the unsocial hour, I was met with a sleepy smile and a warm welcome! The apartment interior was very well designed – neutral colours with a modern finish.

I stayed here for three weeks in May/June 2011. It's a great little flat in a convenient location. The flat is small but doesn't feel at all cramped, partly because of the clever layout (there's plenty of storage space), also because of the huge balcony.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in your lovely vineyard home. Thank you for all the details and treats you left for us to feel welcome. The misithra cheese was delicious and I enjoyed cooking all of the fresh farm veggies you left for us. What I will remember the most will be all the lovely meals we had under the veranda.

La maison est toujours aussi belle, l'ile toujours magnifique, les plages splendides et les sentiers de randonnée magnifiques aussi... (sentier Apollonia – Vathy à recommander!)

We return to Colorado with many wonderful memories of our time spent at your beautiful house on Sifnos. From the first day to the last we felt comfortable and welcomed. How nice of you to have cheese, olives and cold drinks awaiting our arrival. That was very thoughtful of you. And of course we were pleased to be able to meet the owner in person that first day.

I travelled to Athens with my mother and we stayed 1 week there. We chose a very nice apartment with HOMZ and our choice has been good, because: The owner is very friendly and if you need something or you have a problem the owner helps you immediately. The apartment is fully equipped and is good located and its very private, but not impersonal like could be a hotel.

We had such a wonderful experience in this very special and unique METZ Penthouse. The amazing panoramic view of Athens, including the Acropolis, the sea, the mountains, the whole valley, will stay in our memory and hearts forever. It was like being suspended in an oasis of peace, while being so close to the heart of Athens. The apartment is nicely and tastefully decorated, functional with latest electronic technology.
